Hello, I am working in RTP. I have 1 BHK and I am in search of one female roommate. My lease is till September-2013. I am paying around $800 including all utilities ($615 rent + $ 15 trash + $35 internet + electricity around $80 + water $50). My apartment is clean , bug free, between good Indian community, 2 minutes away from Indian grocery and all major food stores, 5 minutes from southpoint shopping mall , 15 minutes from airport and Indian temple.
