Manu Counseling

Manu Counseling is a mental health counseling center. I provide mental health services to individuals, couples and families of South-Asian descent in Hindi and Gujarati. As we know, mental health is still considered a stigma in India, my mission to help de-stigmatize mental health in order to help provide a healthier lifestyle. Another part of the work I do, is providing counseling services and psychoeducation classes to South-Asian women who have/are experiencing domestic violence and sexual assault. It is a huge part of my practice to empower South-Asian women, and let them know that they are entitled to a safe and fair life and that there is help for them.
